Brothers,

I trust that you had a lovely Thanksgiving and were able to get some rest over the holiday weekend. Lord-willing we will be meeting this Friday morning. Since we wrapped up our book the last time we met, I want to do some stand alone topics/passages until the New Year. 

Two Sundays ago I used Rosaria Butterfield’s testimony as an illustration of the power of God’s Word to produce spiritual life. I was reminded of another post that she wrote for DesiringGod. Her battle has been against the sin of homosexuality and she has written this very helpful & short article about fighting sexual sin. Please have it read for Friday, take some notes, and be ready to discuss. I'll lead our discussion with a few questions.
